Dove Nest started by delivering a Leading Leaders programme for me over a two year period with clear measurable KPIs including  improving employee retention, reducing agency costs and improving quality ratings. this then led to a leading managers programme to support the change.

 

Dove Nest not only delivered a three times ROI, they also, through their partnership approach, helped to start a culture change in my organisation from command and control to a commitment based organisation demonstrating real added value. One of the key areas that supported this change was the coaching one-to-one’s in between modules.
