As the UK's learned and professional body for the whole HR sector, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is widely recognised in Europe and throughout the world. Dove Nest Group is an Organisation Member of the CIPD, and we exhibit at the CIPD's flagship events at HRD Week (London - April) and the National Conference (Harrogate - September)

Similarly, to link our work on Graduate Development with the wider context of graduate recritment and development, we are members of the Association of Graduate Recruiters. We exhibit at the AGR Conference each July.

As many of our projects are linked with helping our clients to gain Investor In People status, it is only appropriate that Dove Nest Group should also have the award, which was renewed last year under the revised standards. We are proud to have been one of the first companies in the country to achieve the revised standard.

Although our programmes only rarely cater for young people within scope of the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority, we have worked with AALA since before the licensing scheme was introduced. Our senior staff have been involved in setting the standards and implementing them by carrying out inspections of centres.

As a major employer in a rural area, we are also passionate about our links with Business in the Community. 

Finally, in bringing so many visitors to our two very special Lake District venues, we are proud to be members of the Cumbria Tourist Board.
