The DNG Leading and Teams programme focus at the heart  of leading people where the starting is knowing yourself  and that is not a straightforward activity.

Secondly, DNG helps participants to understand others, their differences, preferences and needs.

Now the leader will connect the two valuing diversity and performing with confidence, communication skill and empathy to deliver business results.

DNG uses various psychometrics that create a dynamic tension helping leaders understand how basic mental constructs effect performance, synergy and success.

The structure of the programme is pre work, a three day accelerated learning workshop and learning sets (in the workplace).
