In recent years much of the enthusiasm for management programmes which include outdoor elements has been tempered by concern about safety standards. As professional providers with many years' experience, we balance the need to provide challenging events involving apparent risks within a framework of real safety. We are also aware of the psychological risks inherent in any behavioural development programme, and ensure that content and feedback to delegates is handled in an appropriate way.
