SIG Graduate Programme
Dove Nest Group co-designed and delivers a seven module programme to develop Graduate competencies and transferable skills to enhance performance in their roles. Graduates are recruited throughout the year and the programme is designed so that they can start at any module. Alongside the modules Graduates complete a CSR Project and a Business Challenge.
Overall objectives of the programme
The objective of the programme is deliver agile, aware, personally effective Graduates into SIG who are keen and able to make a mark quickly and who have the ambition and skills to become the future leaders of the business.

|How I Communicate||3 days||Communication styles, advanced questioning, ‘Dragons Den’ pitch and experiential exercise|
|Commercial Agility||3 days||Understanding SIG Financial Reports, interactive team exercise, large business simulation exercise and presentation of their Business Challenge|
|How I Lead||3 days||Behavioural analysis tool, Leadership Proposition model, managing and delegating , People Effectiveness model and experiential exercises|
|Ambiguity and Change||3 days||Based in a mountain hut….Problem solving and decision making, large ambiguity exercise, leadership case study and leading change|
|My Personal Stretch||3 days||Leadership presentation, ‘challenge by choice’, coaching and feedback, review of CSR project|
|Launch Day||1 day||The end point of the programme, 360 feedback, benchmarking, career planning and one to one career coaching|
