Level 3 Improvement Technician Apprenticeship
What is the Level 3 Improvement Technician?
At Dove Nest, the Level 3 Improvement Technician apprenticeship is delivered as an experiential, applied learning journey, not a classroom-based programme. Learners work through real workplace improvement challenges, structured problem-solving activities, and practical simulations that bring continuous improvement to life in a meaningful, hands-on way. Alongside developing technical capability, we build confidence, ownership, and the behaviours needed to influence positive change in the workplace.
We embed a leadership lens from day one, because effective improvement isn’t just about spotting issues, it’s about taking responsibility for change. Learners develop the confidence to analyse processes, engage stakeholders, and challenge ways of working constructively. By the end, they are not just supporting improvement activity , they are proactive contributors to change, trusted to influence decisions and drive better outcomes across teams and operations
