Leadership Apprenticeships Same but different

Level 6 Project Controls Apprenticeship

A level 6 apprenticeship that provides comprehensive understanding and application of the component parts of a project across its life cycle; the context of the analysis of data, and an in-depth
understanding of technical data and how to apply this all in the context of controlling a project.

This interactive, practical, and focused course will provide attendees with the specialised knowledge and skills required by a Project Controls Professional to determine and implement to the required procedures, methods and systems required to control a project throughout its life cycle. It will help Project Controls Professionals understand their accountability for the project controls processes, ensuring they capture the right data at the right time from their team or department before analysis and interpreting the information to inform reports and decision making.

The Partnership

This apprenticeship is delivered in partnership with 20/20 Project Management Training.  Through this collaborative partnership, we provide all learners with high quality technical delivery that combines their specialisms of project controls with leadership and management.

Hybrid Delivery

This programme is delivered through a hybrid delivery model. The taught sessions will consist of 10 modules over 24 months, delivered through a virtual classroom environment, combined with 3 face to face application workshops to put the learning into practice through a simulation case study. The course delivery is a fully immersive and interactive experience. Learners will apply the skills and knowledge learnt in the virtual classroom in the context of an industrial simulation. This brings the learning to life and reinforces how to apply the skills.
