How do leadership experts celebrate – Dove Nest at 35

35 years is a significant milestone, but what exactly was Dove Nest celebrating?

35 years of a successful business?

35 years’ service to happy customers?

35 years developing talent?

For us, our anniversary needed celebrate what we stand for:

So, how did we mark the occasion?

Over three days, clients, journalists and colleagues came together and let 4×4’s drive themselves, hit clay pigeons, loosed arrows, climbed trees, crawled, jumped, paddled, wobbled, ate cake, raised toasts, talked, listened and generally enjoyed ourselves.

We came together as people. We got to know each other and connected outside of the working environment. We spent time with each other, away from meeting rooms and PowerPoint presentations.

The event itself was an example of our purpose as an organisation: to provide a space to play, be challenged and have fun. Together we created a memorable experience.

In short, we lived by our values: we were curious, courageous, challenging, friendly, active, reflective, supportive and fun.

So, although it was a special anniversary, the weekend was not unique for Dove Nest.

-This is what the Dove Nest team do, every day, for every client

The launch of Eat Sleep Work Retreat this weekend was the natural extension of this. Eat Sleep Work Retreat makes Dove Nest experiences available for private bookings. Whether you choose a corporate retreat, a special birthday event or an adventure weekend, we can help you plan, create and execute a more memorable experience.
