What attracted you to your role?

“Working with like-minded people who have the same passion for learning and development as I do; as soon as I walked through the door, I knew I had found a home.  The passion we all inherently have in our approach to working at Dove Nest Group makes me proud to be part of the family!”

What has been your favourite part of joining Dove Nest Group?

“Taking part in a training session with Dave Moore himself, seeing the ease with which he works with learners at all levels and his ability to make the learning inspirational and thought provoking.”

What would be your best tip for managing a learner who is disengaged?

“Talk to them as an adult and explore what the issue is; be pragmatic and understanding and demonstrate empathy.  Above all, don’t send an email, its far better to talk!”
