Level 3 Women in Leadership
Our Women in Leadership Apprenticeship fully aligns to the Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor standard and is aimed at women who are or are about to be working in a first line management role. This apprenticeship is designed to inspire and support women in their leadership journey through a tailored curriculum to address the challenges they face in leadership.
The programme covers all of the standards in respect of the Knowledge and Skills required within the Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship, as well as to support learners in a range of challenges faced by female leaders, covering topics such as:
- Imposter syndrome
- Unconscious bias
- Believing your inner voice
- Growth mindset
- Menopause and work life balance
- Stereotyping
- Brand and image
Structure
The programme is delivered on the same timeline as the Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor programme. The sessions will be tailored to be relevant to women in leadership.

Blended Learning Approach
- Line Manager engagement
- Two day launch workshop – virtual or face to face

Outcomes
- Successful completion of a full Women in Leadership Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship programme
- A range of essential management skills applied and refined in a real working environment specifically for women
- The leadership capability to motivate teams and influence with confidence
- A broad understanding of key management and leadership theory that underpin and support growth and performance
- Attainment of the Level 3 Diploma for Managers (optional)
