Level 3 Women in Leadership
Our Women in Leadership Apprenticeship fully aligns to the Level 3 Team Leader standard and is aimed at women who are or are about to be working in a first line management role. This apprenticeship is designed to inspire and support women in their leadership journey through a tailored curriculum to address the challenges they face in leadership.
The programme covers all of the standards in respect of the knowledge and skills required within the Team Leader Apprenticeship, as well as to support learners in a range of challenges faced by female leaders, covering topics such as:
- Imposter syndrome
- Unconscious bias
- Believing your inner voice
- Growth mindset
- Menopause and work life balance
- Stereotyping
- Brand and image
Structure
The programme is delivered on the same timeline as the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship. The sessions will be tailored to be relevant to women in leadership.
