An Assessment Centre is a formally structured day that consists of a number of exercises and activities, which provide the candidate with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and abilities against the expectations of the business. During this time candidates are unobtrusively observed by qualified and experiences assessors, allowing preparation of detailed reports that may act both as feedback for candidates and also as tools to facilitate the decision-making process in selection situations.
