Development Centres
Development Centres do not have a pass-fail outcome; individuals may be deemed to have met the defined criteria, but the purpose is to help them to build a development plan that will enable them to meet all the criteria in the future. Development Centres typically have a much less formal feel and include more group exercises.
At Dove Nest, we have extensive experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of Development Centres. Consistent with our partnership approach to working however, we are keen to involve you, wherever possible.
Using the right tools and approaches are fundamental to complying with best practice, and we certify our assessment centres as BPS standard compliant.
